Brown lacquered ostrich egg given to Janice Stead in South Africa during the New Zealand Women's Cricket team tour in 1972. The egg was given to Janice at Oudtshoorn which is a town in South Africa that is known as the 'ostrich capital of the world'. The egg has been signed by the players of the team.
