Ina Lamason (nee Pickering) received this certificate with her Order of the British Empire Medal in 1989 for her services to cricket and hockey in New Zealand.
Ina Mabel Lamason MBE (Born 2 May 1911, Palmerston North, Died 30 April 1994, Auckland) was a New Zealand cricket and field hockey representative. She was also an international hockey umpire, cricket and hockey administrator, and sports journalist.
